Kevin Dare brings a vast knowledge of the logistics industry to clients of DC21. With 20 years experience as a supplier and adviser to logistics firms worldwide, he has the expertise to ensure the efficient integration of an energy project on your site. As Group Managing Director of the CoGri Group, Kevin turned a small specialist floor grinding company based in Huddersfield into a global business. It now employs more than 150 people, offering a unique package of services in the UK, Asia, Australia, Europe, South Africa and the Middle East. This growth was largely built on Kevin's own inventions of floor grinding and digital floor surveying technologies, which are now used as global standards.

DC21’s experts in building design and operations have the background it takes to quickly and accurately assess what your site needs. They will work closely with you to come up with the optimum design for a sustainable, high-value energy centre. Mark and Duncan each have more than 30 years’ experience in providing building design, project management, consultancy and cost management services to the logistics, industrial and manufacturing sectors. Since forming Ashton Smith Associates Ltd in 2004, they have delivered projects in excess of £350m in 27 countries in Europe, the Middle East and the Far East. Their knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the logistics industry combined with building design adds up to an unrivalled level of expertise and value.

From complying with current regulations to acquiring planning permission, Gideon Richards makes the process of setting up with renewable energy hassle-free for DC21’s clients.

As CEO of Consulting with Purpose Ltd (CWP), Gideon has the connections with key companies, regulators, legislators and government departments to ensure your energy scheme stays in line with current and future policy. Gideon works with clients on a range of issues such as assessing the financial viability of a project, identifying resources and developing fuel supply chains, quality assurance and standards and conformity assessment.

DC21’s clients benefit from Howard Roche’s specialisms in procurement, information acquisition and analysis and bookkeeping. He also offers expertise in the legalities of providing innovative new technologies. With a background in agriculture and the food and drinks industries, Howard has a deep insight into the impact bio-energy has on the environment which helps him liaise with engineers and regulators on your behalf. As principal of Helix Agencies and Justica Terra, Howard has worked with clients such as Vital Energi and legal practices including Addleshaw Goddard and Halliwells. He has also assisted the Forestry Commission Scotland, the Scottish Government and the National Trust.

Matthew ensures all of DC21’s projects run smoothly. He will be your main point of contact throughout the entire process of installing your new energy centre, and will ensure your project is completed on time and on budget. He’s a chartered engineer with a background in manufacturing and engineering and more than 10 years’ experience of delivering complex multi-million pound projects across many sites, globally. His specialist areas are in managing new business opportunities, knowledge transfer and risk management, with a good track record of managing projects to successful completion.
